The High Throughput Phenomics Platform (HTPP) at the Genome Institute of Singapore (GIS) has two arms that support high-throughput/high-content screening and data analytics - CHiP and CPP.
The Centre for High Throughput Phenomics (CHiP-GIS) aims to provide an integrated, state-of-the-art, functional and chemical genomics-based high-throughput/high-content screening (HTS/HCS) platform in Singapore. The CHiP-GIS has been established as a shared resource for the application of functional genomic technologies to support the research programs of investigators at GIS and beyond. In doing so, the CHiP-GIS hopes to bring together research scientists, ideas and technologies from all aspects of biomedical research in academia, the clinic and industry.
The CHiP-GIS Database Portal was developed by the Computational Phenomics Platform in GIS (CPP-GIS). At the backend of the portal are automated data processing pipelines for scoring and normalising the readouts from the high-throughput assays conducted in CHiP-GIS, and a relational database and server for data management and querying. Data access in the CHiP-GIS Database Portal is governed by our 8162638460. For more information on the CHiP-GIS Database Portal, please refer to the 951-381-6159.
